- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Absolute joke of a company. Was told to get here early as its first come first served so as I had to drive down from Hastings I thought Id get there really early so I was outside at 0730 and, the first one in at 0830 when they opened. I asked how long the work would take and was told around 4 hours so I went to lakeside shopping centre and returned at 1330 which gave them 5 hours to complete the work I had booked in. Upon my return I was met with my van still sitting in exactly the same place and with absolutely zero work having been done on it. So I asked why I had been told that it was first come first served if it actually isnt to which I was told that some services had turned up before me. Now I know that this was complete b#×locks as there was only 2 cars already inside and no cars outside when I arrived so where these mystery cars came from is beyond me, perhaps they were invisible cars! Anyway my point is I have now wasted a complete day waiting for these clowns to get the work done. If they had told me when I called up to pay my deposit that I would have to wait all day I would have gone elsewhere.By Admin, April 18, 2020
